3. Fees and Payment Terms

- Unused drafts and conceptual materials

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Similarly, any proprietary systems, documentation, or internal materials provided by Tevonex must not be replicated, redistributed, or misused.

6. Performance and Expectations

7. Limitation of Liability
Tevonex is not liable for:

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement according to the notice period defined in the agreement.
- Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable
- Work completed up to termination will be delivered
- Account access and materials will be transitioned appropriately

9. Amendments
Any changes to scope, timelines, deliverables, or fees must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws specified within your signed contract or proposal.
